2018 Asian Festival Table Tennis Tournament
Location: Columbus Table Tennis Club. 1249-1251 Essex Ave, Columbus, OH 43201
Date and Time:  9 am – 6 pm, May 12, 2018

Registration can be made by emailing the form (see below) to xinfa@yahoo.com) or by mailing the form (together with registration fee) to Xinfa (Sam) Yang, 3932 Tarrington Lane, Columbus, OH 43220 by May 9, 2018. 
 
Notes:
1.      The registration fee can be paid by cash or check on tournament day (May 12, 2018) or paid using Chase Quickpay to xinfa@yahoo.com. However your event will not be guaranteed until your payment is received.
2.      All registered players will receive a free Asian Festival T-shirt on tournament day.
3.      All matches are best 3 out of 5 games.  The format is a round robin group of about 4 players in the 1st round and then a knock out system later.  White Nittaku premium 40+ plastic balls will be used so please wear a dark color shirt.  USATT based table tennis rules will be followed. But the tournament director reserves theright to change anything related to this tournament.
