Samson's Testimony
At a young-age, I was convicted that I was a sinner and needed God's forgiveness. Compared to God's holiness, my best deeds were like filthy rags. (Isaiah 64:5-6) No matter how hard I tried, I could not earn my way to heaven. (Ephesians 2:8-9) I deserved eternal punishment in hell. (Romans 6:23)
God opened my eyes to understand that Jesus Christ, God's Son, came to earth, lived a perfect life, died for my sins, and rose from the dead. (1 Timothy 1:15) I was born again by repenting of my sins and trusting in Christ to save me. (John 3:3)
I now strive to live for Christ in everything I do – including table tennis. (Colossians 3:17) Each week, I have a verse of the week for my students. I care about people because God cares about people. God commands all men to repent of their sins and believe the Gospel. (2 Peter 3:9)
