Hopes Camp and Tournament (Ohio)
USATT is trying to identify the most talented and hardest working young kids in the US. Therefore, they will be having an ITTF hopes training camp and tournament in Columbus, Ohio on April 20-22! This is an amazing opportunity! I would encourage all of my young students to attend! Coach Pieke from California will be the head coach and I'll be his assistant. Cost is $125 for 3 days (2 days training + 1 day tournament)

Spin & Smash Table Tennis & Ping Pong Center Selected for Regional US Table Tennis Hopes Camp & Tournament
USA Hopes Searching for Youth Who Love Table Tennis
Columbus, OH, February 26, 2018– Spin & Smash Table Tennis and Ping Pong Center is holding a US Table Tennis Association sanctioned two-day camp followed by a tournament, April 20-22, 2018.
“The International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF)/USA Table Tennis (USATT) Hopes Program is a series of regional, national and international camps and competitions designed to spark motivation and interest for skilled and talented young table tennis athletes who have a love for table tennis and who wish to become high-level table tennis players. We’re excited to be a part of this program.” said Dave Fullen, owner and USATT/ITTF-certified coach.
USATT National Team Development Coach Pieke Franssen and Samson Dubina from the Samson Dubina Table Tennis Academy (SDTTA) will be on hand to coach, along with Dave Fullen and Blake Cottrell, also from SDTTA.
The winners of the Spin & Smash regional qualification tournament plus other selected candidates will be invited to participate in the ITTF North American Hopes Week & Challenge in Canada,
May 28-June 2nd.
Note: Only Hopes born between 1/1/2006 and 12/31/2007 can qualify for ITTF North American Hopes Week & Challenge.
Eligibility for National Hopes camps and tournaments: Hopes participants must have
● A birthdate between 1/1/2006 and younger;
● A citizen of the United States as of 1/1/2018 (non-US citizens may participate in the camp and will have their own tournament)
● Be a USA Table Tennis member in good standing
