#1 Correct Events

#2 Payment
The full payment must be received or your name will be removed from the listing. If there is a delay in the payment, please let us know asap. The e-mail associated with my paypal account is tt@samsondubina.com
#3 Membership
If your USATT membership is expired, please let us know and you can purchase one at the tournament. If you have paid for a membership, please make sure that you fill out the form before starting your first match.
#4 Registration
Upon arrival, please check in at the registration desk approximately 30 minutes prior to your first event. The worker will point you to the draw. Before the start of your event, make sure that you know which tables that you will be playing on for the round robin groups. Each round robin group of 8 players will have approximately 3 tables. Friday events may carry over to Saturday morning. If you advance on Friday, be prepared to play at 8:30am on Saturday. Doors open for practice at 4pm on Friday and at 8am on Saturday. Please note that we are in a different facility. The tournament will be held at the Green Tennis Club located at 3937 Glen Eagles Blvd Uniontown, Ohio 44685. Follow the table tennis signs for parking.
#5 VIP Seating
If you advance from your group, then please wait in the VIP area to be called for the next match. If you need to leave the facility for any reason, please notify the control desk so that you will not be defaulted. Unrated players cannot advance from rated events.
#6 Other Instructions
Please keep your warmup to 1-2 minutes. The balls, clipboards, and pencils stay at the tables. The winner of each match is responsible for turning in the match slip for each match. Matches that are not recorded will delay the entire tournament. If there are any discrepancies during the tournament, please advice the officials and a tournament umpire will be assigned to your table.
#7 Cancellations
There will be no refunds after the deadline.
#8 Draws
The tournament draws will be posted to the website by Thursday night. Check out your competition at www.samsondubina.com. Ratings from 3/1/15 will be used for event eligibility and updated ratings will be used for seeding purposes.
#9 Food
On Saturday, there will be free food and drinks provided. Lunch will be served from 12:30pm-1:30pm and dinner will be served from 6pm-7pm. Please make sure that you receive a meal ticket upon checking in. No food provided Friday. Saturday morning players will receive free lunch. Saturday afternoon players will receive free dinner. Family members and spectators can purchase lunch for $5. Only water is allowed on the player courts.
#10 Volunteers
We are still looking for a few more volunteers. If you know someone who is willing to help us out, please let us know. The volunteers receive free food and some gas money for their assistance.
#11 Discounted Tables for Sale
We have a few tables for sale. The Butterfly Europa tables are discounted from $1599 down to $999 and the DHS tables have been discounted down from $750 down to $499. If you want to take home a table, please let us know.

Throughout the tournament, there will be photos and videos taken for the USATT website and future promotions of our tournaments. #14 Other events
We have many other exciting events happening here in Ohio. From March-May, we are hosting mini-tournaments every Thursday night. In May we will be having an elite clinic.
