Player Listing
Each player is required to bring the following items – notebook, pen water bottle, and gym shoes. Each session will begin with a light jog/walk, dynamic stretching, and brief instructions regarding the topics/format for the day. The groups are small, so each player should get plenty of individual instruction.
Advanced Class – Week 1 (June 19-23)
