Today, we would like to spotlight US National Junior Champion Sid Naresh! What are some amazing things about Sid? #1 He has a long-team table tennis goal that he is daily working to achieve! #2 He goes beyond the call of duty and daily tries to put in extra serve practice and fitness. #3 He is coachable, really trying to absorb as much information as possible and immediately applying it into his game. #4 He has a long-term perspective knowing that he needs to make daily improvements more than winning today if he is going to achieve long-term success!
Regardless if it is Sid or another player, we encourage you to choose a role model - someone who plays similar to you with their serve and receives and game patterns and copy your style after them; realizing that it is more than style, it is their approach to the game that gives them maximum improvement!
