Improve With No Practice?

Is it possible?

Bad Strokes?

Discover the REAL Problem

Wang:  Hey Bob, how are you doing this tournament?

Bob:  This is the worst I have ever played!  I haven’t touched a racket for two weeks then on my first match that long-pips guys messed up my stroke and now I don’t know what to do.

Wang:  Well, let’s practice.

After the practice…

Wang:  Yeah, you aren’t on top of your game.

Bob:  My strokes are terrible, I’m just not looping the ball like I used to.

Amanda Graber

Homeschool Mom Getting in Amazing Shape

Fitness For Moms!

Back in the day, Amanda Graber was a nationally ranked table tennis athlete who represented the US at the World University Championships. After getting married and having 5 kids, Amanda took a decade away from the sport to focus on family and homeschooling. Amanda just recently returned to the competition scene as a way of getting fit and spending time with her kids who are now playing. They train regularly at the Samson Dubina Table Tennis Academy, play at home with each other, and even train with their Newgy robot in the basement.

Making Peace with the Edge

Learn to deal with half-long balls...

The score was 9-9 in the final game, your opponent served a half-long serve to your backhand, you thought that the serve was long enough to loop, but it wasn’t.  With a full backswing, you looped right into the table!  Ouch!  As blood began to gush from the back of your hand, you wondered to yourself how this could have been prevented.  In this article, I’m going to give you ten tips on how to make peace with the edge of the table.
