Topics for Week 3 of the Ohio Mega Camps
August 17-21, 2020
If serve return is your weak point, this is the camp for you! This final camp in August will be one of the most valuable for match application. At each session, we will be detailing various aspects of serve and serve return in real-game scenarios. You will learn the secrets of developing tricky serves as well as new ways to receive each type of serve. We will be detailing out the basic and advanced serves of pendulum, reverse pendulum, tomahawk, reverse tomahawk, backhand, hook, and many more learning how to control the placement, height, depth, speed, and rotation of each serve! The group will be divided based on skill level, so that each participant will be doing level-appropriate drills!
