He also had fabulous results in the u2500 making the quarterfinals and nearly upsetting Ojo Onaolapo (2602) in the open singles with a near 3-2 match. Keep up the good work!

#1 Same Equipment
Every time you change equipment, it takes 2-3 weeks to fully adjust. During those 2-3 week, your game will go down slightly. Make sure that you keep using the same rubber, blade, glue, and shoes during those final 30 days before your big event.
QUESTION: If table tennis is 50% physical and 50% mental, then why do most players spend 95% of their time focusing on the physical aspects of the game and only 5% of the time on the mental aspects of the game?
